What do I do at night if I wake up and can’t get back to sleep?

Well, there are many things you can try. However, the main thing here is to make sure you do not apply pressure to yourself to get back to sleep. This is tough to do because if you look at the clock at all, you realize all you have is a few hours left until the alarm goes off. If you get to this point you basically convinced yourself into thinking you can’t get to sleep.
