I think that just being aware of the source of stress and insomnia, can sometimes cure itself. We are often taught not to worry about tomorrow because tomorrow will worry about itself. Easier said than done, right. When you are trying not to worry about something, but it keeps kicking you in the face, it’s bound to take its toll on you. I don’t have an answer for you about how to get through your trials, but I know you can do it, and remember there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Along with stress and insomnia comes lack of sleep and this can only add to the problem. When we are tired, we don’t see things as clearly as w hen we are rested and refreshed.

Try exercising daily and going to bed at the same time each day and avoid daytime naps.
